Renowned ballroom dance instructor, Dirk Myers, II will lead an exciting new session of classes at the Center�s Educational Complex beginning Monday, January 4th � February 29, 2016. Myers is an experienced ballroom instructor who comes to the Hiddenite Arts & Heritage Center from Banquet and Ballroom (formerly the Havana Social Club) of Cornelius. This eight-week class series will offer enthusiastic instruction in ballroom dance steps that will help students learn to dance like a star. The session will include instruction in Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Swing, East & West Coast Styles including Shag, Salsa, and Texas & Night Club 2-step.
