In conjunction with the Library�s annual Summer Reading Program, the Hiddenite Arts & Heritage Center will partner with the Alexander County Library to offer a scavenger hunt for children. The hunt, which is free and open to children of all ages during Center and Library operating hours, begins on Monday, June 15th and concludes on Friday, July 31st.

The �Discover Our Story� scavenger hunt will encourage children explore the Hiddenite Arts & Heritage Center�s Lucas Mansion as they search for clues related to local history, art, gems and minerals, national historic figures, literary characters, and more.

Monday � Friday from 10:00am until 4:30pm and on Saturday from 10:00am until 3:00pm.
