The Hiddenite Arts & Heritage Center�s Emerging Artists Wall exhibit space will feature the work of Elissa Houchins. The exhibit will be on display through December 31st at the Center�s Lucas Mansion.

Houchins is a resident of the Stony Point community and is currently attending Morningstar University in Fort Mill, South Carolina. A lifelong student of art, Elissa Houchins has been an active participant in Hiddenite Arts & Heritage Center classes and events since early childhood. Now studying under noted painter Susan Card, Houchins serves as the artist�s intern and is focusing on utilizing artwork in the field of ministry.

Located on the third floor of the Center�s Lucas Mansion.

The Emerging Artists Wall is part of the Center�s recent expansion of their gallery offerings to include exhibit space devoted to bringing greater awareness to the diversity and abundance of talent among artists and art students in the region.
