The Hiddenite Center will host a free make and take nature craft booth at RockyFest 2015,which is held on Saturday, May 9th. The Hiddenite Center's booth will be open from 3pm-5pm and will offer visitors an opportunity to experience the arts by creating crafts with recycled materials and objects found in nature.

Inspired by the feathered friends that grace the majestic scenery of Rocky Face Mountain, participants will use a paper plate, straw, ribbon, feathers, seashells, and wallpaper to create their very own �RockyFest Nest.� This fun craft project is suitable for all ages and is free for everyone to experience. Participants will learn about the way that birds build their nests as they create. The project involves artistic skills such as selection of materials for collage, gluing, and assembling.
