The Summer entertaining season is in full bloom as friends and family gather to enjoy outdoor entertaining. The Hiddenite Center�s Festival of Tables arrives just in time to supply creative inspiration and innovative ideas for making your Summer events truly special occasions.
This Festival of Tables, entitled, �Lazy Days of Summer: Celebrating Gatherings of Family and Friends,� will be held at the Hiddenite Center Educational Complex on Saturday, June 7, 2014. Festivities will begin at 10:30am with an opportunity for guests to view all of the beautifully decorated tables. A delicious luncheon will be served at 11:30am.
Throughout the event, the Hiddenite Center will offer entertaining and decorating demonstrations. As a special treat for Festival of Tables guests, the Hiddenite Center will offer the return of their popular, One Day Only Garden Gift Shop. This special shopping experience will feature one of kind treasures for the home and garden, vintage finds, handmade gifts, and many more delightful items. A portion of the proceeds from sales in the One Day Only Garden Gift Shop will benefit the Hiddenite Center.
Cost for attending the Spring Gardens & Summer Picnics Festival of Tables is only $16.00 per person with sales tax included. Call The Hiddenite Center�s Lucas Mansion at (828) 632-6966 to make your reservations.
Guests will be seated around tables that have been decorated to reflect the simple joys of the Summer season, a favorite Summer activity, or perhaps a treasured memory of times spent with family and friends. The Hiddenite Center�s Festival of Tables is a wonderful event to attend with friends and family and is a great opportunity to get inspired with ideas for entertaining and decor.
The �Spring Gardens & Summer Picnics� Festival of Tables is made possible by the Hiddenite Center�s talented family of volunteers and supporters. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Hiddenite Center and their mission of providing year round arts and educational opportunities for Alexander County and surrounding communities.
