On Tuesday, February 9, 2016, the Hiddenite Arts & Heritage Center will host a Mardi Gras celebration featuring a New Orleans style dinner with musical entertainment by Ulysses Long of Statesville.

An accomplished piano man and gifted vocalist with an extensive knowledge of music, Ulysses Long has created a signature style all his own. A born performer, Long has entertained audiences throughout the region and appeared as a quarterfinalist on the popular national television show, �America�s Got Talent.� Long will entertain the audience with New Orleans inspired music, including selections by Louis Armstrong, Fats Domino, and Lloyd Price.
